The Soft cover edition $23.99 is now available, however there is a postage charge of $5.00, to help cover my cost. Xlibris is chaging $8.00 for postage. The publisher just informed me that the book will not be posted on Amazon.com or Barnes & Noble web sites for about three weeks. I just checked with both, and they don't have it listed on their system yet. The book won't be on the B&N book shelfs until, early next year. I guess its just the nature of book publishing, to take awhile. However I pre-oredered 300 books that should be arriving next week, and will have them out to those that order them, the next day.
